The editing caused some problems but it was a lot easier to use the software as I was used to it. The first problem we had was the some of the movie had us talking in the background and this was not needed. We decided and found out you can put the volume of the audio down and this helped a lot. We then added a music clip which made some of talking go away and added dramatic effect to the movie.
Another problem we had is some of the movie was dark will other was lighter. We discovered that brightness can be changed and this made the movie look better. We added titles to the movie to give it a professional look. Also a problem was when the dialogue could be heard there was other voices in there too. I discovered that the certain bit can dissapper by using ripple delete. This made the movie flow better. I then rendered the movie and expoted it into a Windows Media File.
This is the complete movie

Some interesting effects here - I like the digital zooms, although remind me to show you how to solve the "black border" problem. Some interesting camerawork; watch the hanging edits (e.g. when your actor is waiting to start after the camera has rolled). Remind me also to work with you on editing the audio so it doesn't jump. Nice pan. Unfortunately, some of the dialogue is drowned out. Freaky credits! Look for opportunities to improve the continuity in your next one, since you have some good ideas.
ReplyDeleteIn terms of levels, my feeling here is that you are in Level 2 - if you look at the criteria, you'll notice that a lot of the comments I made about the first piece today match yours; very imaginative and creative, but the editing is a little glitchy
